Printer Sought for 2015 Underground Railroad Brochure

Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development, Planning and Tourism is currently requesting proposals for the printing of an Underground Railroad Brochure.

The brochure will have an original size of 24x18, and include text and graphics on both sides, using four color processing. It will need to be folded accordion size vertically, then in half horizontally, reducing to a final size of 4x9. Please provide quotes for the quantities of 3,000, 3,500 and 4,000.

The layout will be done by the department's staff and be provided print ready, in PDF form. No adjustments to the photos nor text will be expected of the printer. A proof is required before printing, with one allowance for edits by the Department after proof is received. Also, a requirement is the brochures must be packed in boxes not exceeding 25 pounds in weight.

As a special request, the department would like to have this printed and delivered by the end of February, allowing approximately two weeks for the job to be done. Once decision is made on the printer, they will be notified and PDF will be sent that same day.
