Proposal to Amend Child & Family Services Plan

The Cattaraugus County Department of Social Services is proposing to amend its Child and Family Services Plan 2014, Annual Plan Update.
Cattaraugus County DSS is proposing to mandate that Legally-Exempt Family Child Care providers that provide on average 30 or more hours of care per week participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) as a condition of providing child care services to families in receipt of child care subsidies.
The public may view the proposed amendment and/or provide written comments on the proposed Plan Amendment until October 30, 2014 by either of the following methods:
