NYS DEC Burn Ban in effect March 16 to May 14

Annual Burning Ban

March 16, through May 14, 2014

During this time period, no open burning shall be allowed.  Opening burning may be allowed between May 15, and March 15, provided requirements are met and no further bans are in place through local or State regulation.
