The Early Identification & Recognition Program (EIRP) is partnering with the Olean YMCA for Healthy Kids day on Saturday April 27th, 2013.

Kicking off the event at 12:00 PM is a 5K Run/Walk sponsored by the EIRP. Following the run/walk will be Healthy Kids Day featuring open swim, inflatables, vendors, games, food, information, and fun! Mix 101.5 will be broadcasting live from 1-4 pm. 

We are welcoming all interested vendors and service providers to set up informational tables and booths. Please see below for vendor registration forms and run/walk registration forms. For any questions, please call Meghan Monahan, LMHC at 716-701-3315.
