  • Town of Hinsdale (Until 2015)
  • Town of Humphrey (Until 2015)
  • Town of Ischua (Until 2015)
  • Town of Lyndon (Until 2015)
  • Town of Portville (Until 2015)
  • Town of Allegany (2016)
  • Town of Carrollton (2016)

There will be changes to Cattaraugus County Legislative Districts to occur on January 1, 2016.
