Sweet 16 Bicycle Tour

This cycling ride takes riders along Route 16 in Cattaraugus County on August 15, 2009 starting in Hinsdale, New York. Get some exercise, explore the Rt.16 Corridor and learn about local history of the Genesee Canal.

The Routes

There are 3 route options to choose from

• Completely flat route
• Support your community

Post-ride Activities

Live music and a Bison or beef diner (included with the registration fee) that includes salt potatoes, corn on the cob, dessert and beverage.

Registration

Registration starts at 8:00am. Rider registration is one half hour before scheduled ride time start.

Note: All participants must wear approved bicycle helmet and obey all traffic signs and postings.

 

The Sweet 16 Bicycle Tour directly supports local food pantries. Riders are encouraged to bring a minimum of 2 non-perishable food items. All non-perishable food items will be donated to food pantries along the Rt. 16 corridor.

The Rt.16 Corridor Community Partnership (R16CCP) Is a volunteer group with
the following mission statement:
